Diep Nguyen-van Houtte is a co-founding member of VietCorps. She started out her career in management consulting and as a Director for two Silicon Valley digital infrastructure companies. She joined the World Bank Group in 2003 where she has led or contributed to the financing of development projects, mainly in infrastructure, in emerging markets and developing economies (EMDEs). Since 2022, Diep has taken up a leadership post as Senior Manager for climate business at the International Finance Corporation, the private sector lending arm of the World Bank Group. Diệp received her Bachelors degree in Economics from Harvard College and her Master in Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
